How it works

Eight steps from idea to every screen. Two of them are yours.

ClairSOLO Studio runs the whole production: writing, casting, rendering with the lines spoken in the shot, voices, the edit and publishing. You approve the storyline and the keyframes. Nothing expensive renders before you do.

01

Story

Tell ClairSOLO your idea, genre, length and language. Claude, working through the ClairRE Short drama kit, writes the series bible, the scenes, every shot and the dialogue, cut to short-drama pace: a hook in the first seconds, a twist about every minute, a cliffhanger at the end.

Approval 1: you approve the storyline
You seeThe storyline shot by shot, with timings, dialogue and subtitles. Change anything before you approve.
02

Cast

Each character gets a face, a costume and a voice, generated once and kept the same in every shot. The cast is fictional by default.

RulesA real person's face or voice is used only with a signed release on file.
03

Keyframes

An image model draws the opening frame of every shot, in 9:16 for vertical screens, using the cast references so faces stay consistent.

Approval 2: you approve the keyframes
Why hereKeyframes are cheap; video is not. This is the main cost gate. Redo any frame before the clips render.
04

Clips

A video model brings each approved keyframe to life. Models render 5 or 10-second clips; the edit trims each to its planned length.

CostEvery call is priced in the cost ledger and counted against your cap.
05

Voice

Text-to-speech gives each character their own voice, line by line, in your language.

You hearEvery line, before it goes into the cut.
06

Speech in the shot

The lines are spoken in the shot: the dialogue is generated with the video, so the actor says the line on screen. Or choose a voice-over with subtitles for a drama.

TiersEssential: real video on every shot (Veo Lite). Balanced: Veo Fast on the key moments. Cinematic: Veo on the big beats. Or choose shot by shot.
07

Edit

ClairSOLO cuts the episode, burns in subtitles, adds the AI label to every frame and sets loudness for each platform.

OutputThe finished episode, its provenance record and a cost report.
08

Publish

Send the episode to YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and short-drama apps from your own accounts, and to MCOT's platforms by agreement.

Each platformIts own AI-content disclosure, sizes and subtitles, and a record of where and when it went live.

The two approval gates

A person decides. Twice, before the money is spent.

Gate 1 · The storyline

You read the episode shot by shot: scenes, framing, dialogue, subtitles and timings. Approve it, or change it and ask for another pass.

  • Is the story yours, and is it right?
  • Are the cast fictional, or covered by a signed release?
  • Does the length fit the budget?

Gate 2 · The keyframes

You see the opening frame of every shot before any video renders. Redo the frames you do not like; approve the rest.

  • Do faces and costumes stay the same?
  • Is anything on screen that should not be?
  • Ready to spend the render budget?

Logged and replayable

ClairVAS agents run each step and record each decision, so any run can be traced and replayed.

Capped

Every call is priced. A run stops before it passes the budget you set.

Labelled

Every frame carries the AI label, and every episode keeps its provenance record.

Many short scenes, a hook in the first three seconds and a cliffhanger at the end. Video models render 5 or 10-second clips; ClairSOLO trims each to its planned length in the edit, the way short-drama studios cut.
