About these terms

These terms cover your use of the clairsolo.com website. ClairSOLO is a product of Clairvoyant Lab, operated by Gen-AI Bot Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202445516H), 1 Paya Lebar Link, #04-01 Paya Lebar Quarter, Singapore 408533 (“we”, “us”). Clairvoyant Lab is the trading name of Gen-AI Bot Pte. Ltd.

The ClairSOLO Studio app

These terms also cover ClairSOLO Studio at app.clairsolo.com. Every new account is reviewed before its first render, and every user signs the acceptable-use declaration.

Prices and payment. Credit and plans are sold on clairsolo.com and paid through Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Checkout is in Singapore dollars (SGD). Each product gives the Thai baht (THB) credit it names, for example SGD 40 for THB 1,000 of credit. Prices shown in other currencies are estimates.

How credit works.

• The Creator plan (SGD 40 a month) includes THB 990 of render credit each month. Unused monthly credit rolls over one month, then expires.
• Top-ups (THB 500, 1,000, 3,000 and 10,000) do not expire while your account is open.
• Before anything renders you see its price in THB. Approving a render holds that amount; the unused part returns to your balance when it finishes.
• A call that would pass your budget or a spending limit is refused, not charged.

Estimates. Prices come from our planner and AI providers’ current rates. A render’s price is fixed when you approve it. Prices for later renders may change when providers change their rates.

Refunds. Unused top-up credit can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. A Creator plan can be cancelled at any time and runs to the end of the month paid. Credit spent on a render is not refunded, unless the render failed for a reason on our side; then the credit is returned.

Your account. You are responsible for what your workspace makes and publishes. We may suspend an account that breaks the acceptable-use policy; unused top-up credit is refunded unless the account was used for fraud or impersonation.

Ownership and licence

ClairSOLO, its platform, software, AI actors, faces, voices, motions, prompts, style packs, starter assets and all outputs generated on it are owned by Clairvoyant Lab (ClairSOLO), including all intellectual property in them.

Customers receive a non-exclusive licence to use, publish and distribute the episodes made in their workspace:

• Term. The licence to an episode is perpetual once the render that made it has been paid for. It continues after your account closes, for the episodes already published.
• Where. Worldwide, on any channel you choose: your own sites and social accounts, broadcast, streaming and paid media.
• What you may do. Publish, distribute, subtitle, dub, cut down and promote the episode, and let your agency or broadcaster do so for you.
• What you may not do. Resell or license the AI actors, voices, faces or style packs on their own; train other AI models on them; remove the AI-generated label; or use an episode to impersonate a real person.
• Talent. An episode that uses a performer’s licensed likeness follows the terms of that performer’s licence (channels, territory and duration), which can be narrower than the above.
• Ending early. We may end the licence for an episode that breaks the acceptable-use policy or the law, after telling you why.

Third-party material, such as licensed music, a performer’s licensed likeness and the terms of the AI services used, stays under its own licence.

Customers may not resell the AI actors, voices or style packs themselves.

Acceptable use

Use of ClairSOLO is subject to the acceptable-use policy, including the declaration every user signs at registration.

Prices on this website

Prices and examples on this website are indicative. They come from ClairSOLO’s planner and are confirmed after the first paid render.

AI-generated content

Dramas made with ClairSOLO carry an AI label. The demo Tomorrow’s News uses fictional characters; no real person’s face or voice is used.

Trademarks

ClairSOLO, ClairRE and ClairVAS are trademarks of Clairvoyant Lab. Platform names are used only to describe where content can be published and do not imply endorsement.

Liability

We supply ClairSOLO with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss arising from publishing an episode without checking it, and our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction.
