Paying for ClairSOLO
Is there a free test?
Yes. Every new workspace gets one free 30-second test scene in real video (Essential): your idea, your language, two characters, up to 10 shots, the lines spoken in the shot and subtitles. One free test per workspace. Register with your name, organisation, mobile number and what you plan to make. We review every new account, usually within one working day. Then make your free 30-second test scene. You'll sign a declaration that you won't use ClairSOLO to scam or impersonate anyone (acceptable use).
How do I pay?
Buy a top-up (from THB 500) or the Creator plan (THB 990 a month) at checkout on clairsolo.com, by card, or from inside the app under My company → Plan and billing. Use the same email as your ClairSOLO account and the credit lands in your workspace. Plans and top-ups
What are credits?
Credits pay for rendering. Every model call is priced in the cost ledger and taken from your credits, and a run stops before it passes the cap you set.
Can I get a refund?

Do you issue invoices?
Yes. Ask us for an invoice with your organisation's details when you buy.
How do agencies pay for several clients?
An agency holds one firm account. Spend is recorded per client workspace, with a budget and cap for each, so you can report and re-bill each client. Talk to us about invoicing per client.
