Who we are
ClairSOLO is a product of Clairvoyant Lab. It is operated by Gen-AI Bot Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202445516H), trading as Clairvoyant Lab, 1 Paya Lebar Link, #04-01 Paya Lebar Quarter, Singapore 408533, which is responsible for the personal data described here. Data Protection Officer: dpo@clairsolo.com.
What we collect on this website
- What you send through the contact form: your name, email, organisation, what you want to make and your budget range. It is emailed to us and used only to reply to you.
- Standard web server logs kept by our host, SiteGround (IP address, browser, pages, time), for security. Cookies: only those the site needs to work, plus WooCommerce’s order attribution, which records which page or link brought you to an order:
cs_langremembers your language (1 year); WooCommerce’ssbjs_*order-attribution cookies (up to 6 months) and cart and session cookies (up to 2 days); and Stripe’s__stripe_midand__stripe_sidon the cart and checkout pages, to prevent card fraud. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
The ClairSOLO Studio app
This notice also covers ClairSOLO Studio at app.clairsolo.com. The app collects: registration and review details (your name, organisation, mobile number, what you plan to make, and the acceptable-use declaration you sign), used to review every new account before its first render; your account (email, name, a secure hash of your password, your role, company workspace and two-factor settings); what you bought, what you paid and your credit balance (card details go to Stripe; we never see them); what you make (ideas, storylines, characters, keyframes, voices, video, subtitles and the cost record of every paid step); a performer’s licensed photos, voice samples, consent and licence terms, which we treat as sensitive and use only as that licence allows; and, if you connect YouTube, TikTok or Meta, a token for that account and what you published (disconnect at any time).
Who processes it for us, under contract: Google Cloud (hosting, database, media storage, and the Gemini, Veo, Lyria and text-to-speech AI services; in Singapore, with video generation in the United States), Anthropic (Claude writes and checks storylines; United States), Stripe (payments), SiteGround (clairsolo.com and email), and YouTube, TikTok or Meta only when you publish to them. We do not sell personal data.
What you send to the AI services is used to make your drama and is not used to train their models under our agreements with them. Where data leaves Singapore, we protect it to a standard comparable to the PDPA.
How long we keep it
Orders, invoices and payment records: as long as tax law requires (in Singapore, at least 5 years). Your account and workspace: while you have an account, and up to 12 months after it closes. Dramas, media and the cost record: while your workspace exists; deleted dramas are removed within 30 days. A performer’s likeness: for the licence period, then deleted within 30 days unless the performer renews. Registration review and the signed declaration: 5 years. Contact form messages: up to 2 years. Support tickets: up to 3 years.
Your rights
You may ask to see or correct your personal data, or withdraw your consent. Where Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 or the EU or UK GDPR applies, you may also ask us to delete your data or move it to you, or object to or restrict its use. A performer may withdraw consent to the use of their likeness for new dramas at any time; episodes already published under a paid licence stay published. Write to our Data Protection Officer at dpo@clairsolo.com. We reply within 30 days. You may also complain to Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Commission, Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Committee, or your local data protection authority.
